Application for Deferred Payment of Fees

IMPORTANT Notes:

  • Please read the "Application Procedures and Assessment Criteria" carefully before completing this form.
  • Please note that THIS ONLINE APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE until you have returned to CEDARS within the next 2 working days a hard copy of the SIGNED application form together with the following supporting documents.
  • For Undergraduate Students
    • copy of current TSFS application form (p.7-15 only) OR a completed set of Supplementary Information Sheet
    • copy of pay-in slip
    • copy of acknowledge receipt or result letter for TSFS and/or NLS application (if applicable)
    • copy of acknowledge receipt or result letter for ENLS application (if applicable)
    • others ( any other information that can facilitate our consideration of your application)
  • For Postgraduate Students
    • copy of current TSFS application form (p.7-15 only) OR a completed set of Supplementary Information Sheet
    • copy of admission letter (for new students only)
    • copy of pay-in slip
    • copy of award letter of studentship (if applicable)
    • copy of appointment letter of demonstrator/RA/TA (if applicable)
    • copy of acknowledge receipt or result letter for TSFS and/or NLS application (if applicable)
    • copy of acknowledge receipt or result letter for ENLS application (if applicable)
    • others ( any other information that can facilitate our consideration of your application)
  • You are not required to submit the duplicate set of support documents if you are applying for an extension of fee deferment of the same instalment.
  • If we do not receive your complete application set within the next 2 working days, your application will be cancelled without further notice.
  • Upon receipt of your full application set, CEDARS pledges to process each application within 5 working days. Please note that it is your responsibility to submit your application at least 5 working days before the due date. Students who do not settle fees or obtain approval for deferment on time will lead to deregistration. A fine will also be imposed.
  • You will NOT be notified individually of the result of your application. Please check the result on-line through the STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM.
